Founded in 1999 on the island of Pohnpei, Sunset View Car Rental began its humble beginnings in Sunset, a rural neighborhood community located on the outskirts of Kolonia town. It is out of this geo-location that the founders gave the company its namesake, Sunset View Car Rental. At the inception of the company, three vehicles were put in place to begin the car rental service. Today, Sunset View Car Rental is one of the most recognized car rental companies in Pohnpei, with a fleet size that is ever growing to meet the industry demand.
